Chris Kay, Director

Chris Kay is a member of the Board of Directors of ViVOtech. Chris Kay is today the Head of Growth Ventures for Citi. In this role Chris leads the global corporate ventures team, chartered to work with partners to conceive, develop, and launch new ventures that disrupt and transform the financial services industry. Previously Chris has been Head of Innovation at Citi leading a global team focused on driving new growth through innovation.

Prior to Citi Chris worked at Target holding various positions including leading the largest merchandising department (healthcare) as well as leadership positions in store operations, property development, and corporate counsel's office. His focus was on business transformation and process improvement. Chris’ career also includes the law firm of Faegre & Benson LLP, a law firm focused on debt and equity based transactions, work-outs, new businesses and large scale corporate real estate development deals.

Chris holds a JD Magna cum Laude, Order of the Coif from the University of Minnesota Law School and a degree in French and Economics with Honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
