Resumes submitted through this web site by a third party will be considered unsolicited and will be added to our resume database. In addition, Vivotech will not be obligated to pay a referral fee for the hiring of a candidate by means of an unsolicited resume submitted directly or indirectly to ViVOtech through this or any site. ViVOtech will only pay a pre-negotiated referral fee to those agencies with which Vivotech has an unexpired valid contract.

Third party agencies wishing to do business with Vivotech may request consideration by submitting requests to agency review. Any attempt by recruiters and search firms to directly contact employees or managers of ViVOtech will hinder the opportunity for a future professional relationship with ViVOtech.
