Jimmy Quake is the Vice President of Asia Pacific for ViVOtech. Mr Quake has spent his entire career in IT including more than 20 years in the Payment industry. Prior to ViVOtech Jimmy was Vice President & GM for VeriFone South Asia Business Unit managing all business activities for the payments company in the region. At VeriFone Jimmy was also Vice President & GM – Australia & New Zealand. Previously Jimmy was Regional Sales Director for Ingenico based in Singapore and General Manager for International Sales with Dynamic Data Systems (DDS) based in Australia. Jimmy joined the payment industry in 1989 as the first employee at VeriFone Asia Pacific as a Regional Technical Manager where he was instrumental in the implementation of several world first smartcard solutions including Takashimaya, Esso, Thai Farmers Bank and Bankcard. An ex-military man, Jimmy received his education with the then Singapore Air Defence Command in Computer Engineering.
