Stuart J. Arnott - Chief Financial Officer

Stuart Arnott is the Chief Financial Officer of ViVOtech, Inc. Mr. Arnott has more than 15 years of international financial management experience with public and private companies where he has supported them through major growth and transitional phases. Prior to joining ViVOtech, Mr. Arnott served as Vice President of Finance for SCM Microsystems [NASDAQ: SCMM] where he managed finance teams across nine countries and was responsible for all SEC compliance and reporting initiatives. Mr. Arnott has also held senior finance positions at a variety of emerging industry leaders including CopperCom, an industry pioneer in voice-over-broadband and local exchange soft switching where he helped grow sales from zero to $58M; Sequel Inc. a computer services company where Arnott’s operational management expertise helped drive profitability and its successful sale to Solectron [NASDAQ: SLR]; and Madge Networks, a $400 million international high speed data networking enterprise. Mr. Arnott graduated from Portsmouth University, England, with an honors degree in Accounting and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, London.
