Intuit CTO Eric Dunn joins ViVOtech's Board of Advisors.

industry veteran will provide guidance on product and market strategy
Los
Altos, CA, Oct 30th, 2001 --- ViVOtech Inc., a leader in mobile
e-commerce solutions based on existing merchant systems, today announced
that Eric Dunn, the former chief technology officer of Intuit Corporation
(NASDAQ:INTU), has joined its board of advisors.
Jorge
Fernandes, CEO and co-founder of ViVOtech, said "Eric's extensive
experience and intimate understanding of the consumer electronic
financial market will provide ViVOtech invaluable guidance on product
development and market strategy."
Dunn
had a 14-year career with Intuit that included roles as CFO, Quicken
software architect, vice president International, general manager
of the Quicken and online banking businesses, and senior vice president
of technology and CTO.
Dunn
was also CEO of Venture Finance Software Company (VFSC), a $50 million
R&D-oriented joint venture created by Intuit to develop and commercialize
Web-based consumer financial services. He is currently a private
investor with a focus on payment and commerce systems.

A
summa cum laude graduate of Harvard with an A.B. in physics, Eric
also earned an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and graduated
as a Baker Scholar.
