VIVOTECH DELIVERS CONTACTLESS GIFT AND LOYALTY IN A BOX FOR ISOs AND ACQUIRERS

Turnkey Package Provides Easy-to-Sell End-to-End Contactless Solution for Merchants.

LAS VEGAS, NV, Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) show, Booth Number # 718 -March 15, 2005 – ViVOtech today announced a turnkey “Contactless Gift and Loyalty solution in Box” for Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and Acquirers. This industry-first offering provides an easy to sell and operate end-to-end contactless package that ISO’s or Acquirers can market to their merchants..

This complete solution will be demonstrated live at the ETA show in ViVOtech’s booth ( #718) and will consist of all the critical components to get a retailer up and running. These components include: A self-branded ViVOfob in various form-factors, the ViVOpay reader which enables existing legacy systems to accept contactless card payments and access to the ViVOplatform software package which delivers integrated loyalty and prepaid functionality.

Now, ISOs will be able to offer merchants a differentiated product: a self-branded contactless card or key fob that will serve as prepaid payment and loyalty card – running on existing systems. These contactless cards will enable consumers to “speed” through the checkout, earn points automatically and redeem them at the ViVOpay-enabled point of sale with ease and convenience. ISOs will also be able to easily set-up loyalty and prepaid programs for merchants using ViVOplatform and administer them with minimum effort. The built in automation system will take care of awarding points, redemption, etc.


The pre-packaged contactless gift and loyalty solution will give ISOs an opportunity to create demand for additional services such as broadband or a new POS terminal that can be sold to merchants in a single package for additional revenue.
