ViVOtech equipment is generally easy to install and maintain.
However, if it gets damaged or you have questions about it,
you may wish to request customer support. Depending on how
you obtained your ViVOtech equipment or software, first level
support may be provided by staff within your organization
or by a third party contractor.
ViVOtech
Support typically responds to web and e-mail Service Requests
on the same day, or the next business day. On-site service,
if needed, will be in accordance with the applicable Service
Agreement.
